Additional Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend identifying various sections of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
